Just curious as my phone has dual sim capabilities but my plan only has 500mb of data per month. I don't want to change plans as the current is about right but I wouldn't mind being able to steam Pandora now and then in the car. So I was wondering if I cold just by a data sim where the data doesn't expire each month unless I use it all? On the Telstra network too, can't change from that cos we're out in the sticks and they have the best coverage.

This is pretty much the only option since you are restricted to either Telstra or Boost if you want the full Telstra network coverage.
One thing to consider is whether your current plan is actually worth keeping when you tack on an additional $12.50 a month from the data sim.

Aldi doesn't have access to the full Telstra network so might be an issue if you're rural.
It's also $0.05 per MB so $15 will only get you 300MB. A couple of Pandora sessions and you'll be done.

If you don't want to change plans because 500mb is about right, then it sounds like you don't plan on streaming music too often either.
Why not just cop the $10/1GB additional data in the months that you decide you need to use more?
Yeah that might be the best option. I meant my current plan is about right re the phone calls I make as I don't really use data outside of the house where I go through the wireless.
