2014 Skoda Octavia RS 162TSI - Used Purchase...?

I am currently looking to purchase a 2014 Octavia RS 162TSI Hatchback which has done approximately 39'000 km's.
All services have been done on time or before, and it has just over 3 weeks of new car warranty remaining.

The car is fitted with the optional 19" wheels and full leather rather than partial.

I've been offered a price from the dealership of $22.5k excluding stamp duty and registration.

Just wondering if the above price would be considered reasonable?

    Seems to be below market. Prices seem to range from mid-twenties to early thirties.

    Good price. ive been looking at the Octavia RS models for a while. That's a good price IMO.

    The facelift model will arrive around Sep/Oct so dealers will be trying to clear old RS stock new and used.
