I Cant Sign Any Contract with MyRepublic!

I don't understand at all!!

This apartment where I am staying is totally brand-new and every unit is installed with FTTP.
When I signed up with Belong I even paid 300 dollars to install cost.

Therefore, other ISPs searching tap says my address is connectable, Myrepublic says No to both NBN and ADSL

I even had 1:1 chat with one of customer service dude and showed him NBN rollout map that my unit is ready to connect but he said neh wtf

Some other units on 5 Nipper st Homebush on searching tap says yeah but why the hell my unit is not connectable??!

      yes I did and he doesnt understand too.

      some units with MR is connectable but my unit!

    yup, had the same problem here. They kept charging me month after month also after turning me down. Didn't stop until I made a TIO complaint. Ended up going with another provider (barefoot) and they have been great. Try buzz as they have a similar plan to my republic, but seem to be marginally better at service.

    So, we have to pay $300 to install NBN ?
