Does anyone know if Woolworths rewards points can be used towards any gift cards or petrol? I know it works for opal tho.

You can't redeem Woolworths dollars at the petrol stations.
Yes they can be used to buy any gift cards in woolworths store. It doesn't work for anything at Woolworths petrol stations (including fuel).
