Not all branches have long queues, and these branches usually have lots of these items in stock. They may not have the higher end products but for the ones that they do stock they are almost always the cheapest.
The one that I went to today had a couple of others in front of me in the queue (sometimes there's no one in queue!), and they had like over 30 of the wireless cards in stock.
Good deal IMO.
