So these have uses for the Switch games right?
Are they the same as those Funko Pop buble head figures? Theres like a $2 difference between them
Amiibo has NFC? chip inside that can be used to unlock ingame DLC for the 3DS, Wii U and Switch
Pop bobble heads seem to be just a thing for collectors and decoration.

Yep. No interaction with any consoles, they're just decorations/toys.
Amiibo can be used with recent Nintendo console (Switch / Wii U / 2DS / 3DS) to unlock content. Most games don't make heavy use of them though so they're very much optional. If you plan to use it with a 2DS or 3DS, unless you have a 'new 2DS' or 'new 3DS' you'll need a separate device for using the Amiibo with the system since those older models don't have the built in NFC capabilities. A few games have bundles that include the reader + an Amiibo.
Amiibo are to be used on Nintendo switch, Wii u,3ds. They allow you to access exclusive in game features. For more info go to: http://www.nintendo.com/amiibo/compatibility/
Thanks superninja418, awesome work! Many happy bargains to you.
Cheers!
Definitely got some that looked good. Got a 3DS I guess I can use it for that as well
For use with Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo 3DS XL and Nintendo 2DS systems, a Nintendo 3DS NFC Reader/Writer accessory is required. (Sold separately).

Just be wary of the second hand ones. Most are fine quality but I had a few arrive scratched or lightly damaged. I had a Toad amiibo arrive with one of his red spots completely missing, was thankfully able to return it.
If they work I don't mind.
My amiibos are required to not only work, but to look pretty while doing it :)
They have many in store as well, friend bought a bunch of them but still no idea what they are…
