  Activated my new sim. Asked for payment details (I assumed as confirmation), and it finalised payment, debited $14.90 and only put me on the 2gb allowance. Did I do something wrong?

  Gonna get in touch with kogan chat hopefully. Can't call during business hours, not enough time in my breaks.
