Cheap clothing alterations around the Inner west, inner north and CBD Melbourne

Hi all.

I'm after cheap and quality alterations (I just need 5 pairs of pants shortenened) around the inner west, inner north and Melbourne Metro. I'm looking for around $11 to $13 dollars per pant.
