ahh it was nearly 2 yrs ago & has nothing to do with the quality of the food plus its one persons word against them. i have ordered from Box Hill store heaps of times with no issues.
well this sucks, somehow now i am redirected to Balwyn store if i order online for delivery even though previously it always took me to BH store, so i can't use the voucher :(
Crazy thing is i'm much closer to the BH store than Balwyn, weird!
