Doesnt work anymore. You just get errors after putting in your info and email.

I think it depends on the email provider you use, people have had differing success but gmail seems to be the worst culpurate to pull the error. See Discussion Here

Seems like it's for existing members too. I got an email saying that my next shop they'd add 1900 points to my balance :)
depends how many points you have, they will add points to let it over 2000, so you'll save $10(2000points) on next shopping
Yep, this. My points now are at about 145. The email said 1900 points would be added next time I shop and scan my EDR card
