Cheap(ish) things to do in Daylesford?

I am after some ideas for a trip to Daylesford. My girlfriend and I will be there next week for 2 days and 1 night.

I am after some activities which are not too pricey.

If we could only fit in 3 or 4 activities, which should they be?

P.S. If Hepburn Springs is one of the suggestions, is there a spa experience which does not require a personal loan :-)
