Hi guys i've noticed they made a pricing error on my iPhone plan It is mean't to be 35$ 0$ Repayment but they charge me $35 and $20 total $55 a month had it for 2 months now
It says $20 Equipment charges. Anyone having this problem? rubbing it in.

Just call them up, make sure you read your contract first.
if you've read the contract right and they can't sort it out for you quickly (maybe a few days) you can lodging a complaint online with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman.
They can give you a complaint number (needed for when you talk to Virgin Mobile) and a special phone number to call Virgin Mobile's TIO response team.
i had the same problem with this. Found out after 2 months as the first bill was confusing. I called their hotline and the woman said it came through as $35 plan + $20 equipment charge.
Maybe we went to the same Virgin store when we got it.Anyway, I had a go at her and she told me to fax copy of my contract to the store i bought it from (or take it in person) and they can fix it (hotline can't fix it).
he said he would take care of it and it could take up to 1 week.
On my next bill, I got the $40 credit.I was pleased with the way the guy in store handled it but not too sure about their hotline service.

Not much else you can do but ring them up and complain ;)
