Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

so who in their right mind buy a mattress which they have not seen before or tried before? As per your return policy, even if I sleep on it once to try it out, it wont be eligible for return? You guys really need to think about this? They say lot of small businesses are failing..but some of it due to pure common sense..

Who did the maths for the sale? Every mattress is advertised as being 40% off, but the sale prices don't equate to 40% off of the original price.

Due to the updated price process and error with the template so the price badge was not correct. We have noticed to our web developer and now they are fixing it. Also, all mattress price has been updated correctly with 40% OFF now.

Prices look really good for the specs, but no showroom to try out & unable to return once opened is a real risk.would you buy it purely on price only?
