I thought I'd share with you some results I had with Global Wallet and Qantas Cash and Banggood transactions in AUD.
Global Wallet treated it as an international transaction, and the reward rate was 1 point per 1 AUD.
Qantas Cash treated it as a domestic transaction, and it earned 0.5 points per 1 AUD (0.25 points per 1 AUD after 1 July 2017).
On other cards(eg NAB Qantas Rewards), this kind of overseas AUD transaction attracted a foreign transaction fee.
