I recently check my free report with CreditSavvy and Veda free report, I have a debt from a CreditLine card but it is not showing in the report.
Is it really mean they dont have that debt in the system?

Which Credit Report will show debt please?
I don't think ant credit reports that will show your actual debts. It will only show that you have applied for credits and when you have defaulted on a debt.
How old is the debt and have you defaulted on it?
You think that because it doesn't show on your credit report, you don't have to pay back the bank?
lol, try that strategy and it will definately start to be listed after a few months of not paying.
Why do you want it to be listed? Its not a positive thing ( it's also not really a negative thing either, as long as you are paying it off).
For Veda, they don't show debt. They show debts that have been defaulted. They also show consumer enquiries and other major things.
