Was browsing for some reasonable quality trackpants earlier today, and noticed that Uniqlo have just now chucked their sweapants on sale at $29.90 (down from $49.90). Unsure if this is part of their Winter Sale, but they weren't marked down when I checked earlier this morning.
If you buy 2+ pairs, you can use the NEWYOKOSO coupon code to get $10 off (min $50 spend for voucher). Most sizes still available at time of posting.

They also seem to stock a very slightly different style, which is also reduced to the same price

      same price but there's a 5.6% cashback through CR for online purchases and cmiiw but I think you can get a $10 voucher on your first purchase after registering.

    I have a pair of these and I can vouch for their warmness. I feel like they're for genuinely cold moments as the polyester fleece can get uncomfortably hot if you move around too much on an average winter's day

    If you add two pairs then use the voucher code it brings the total under $50 which means you don't get free shipping and have to pay $5.95 for shipping.
