Did anyone buy items over $99 and didn't get their free shipping? I ordered a new deck and a pair of shoes to go with it, total was $109, but I didn't get the free shipping? So I just went for express.

NFS…..ordered on 16, 21 days since ordered! apparently Aussie Post Fdup the address and it was returned to sender, told them to express it back to me or refund…….a week later SFA.
