Flight Operated by Someone Else. Still Get Points?

I'm a Velocity member and looking at booking a flight with Singapore Airlines which is operated by Qantas.

Now, Singapore are in the Velocity FF and the Qantas FF programs.

If I buy it via Singapore Airlines, can I still get my status credits with Velocity? Even if its Qantas operated?

Same issue with a Delta flight that is operated by KLM later in the year….

Check that again - Qantas dont codeshare with SIA.
