Hey guys, just wondering, where in the AMEX page states this 15000 referral points bonus? I was on chat with them and was told only the person who refers get the referral bonus but not the ones that are referred to. They said they could not help me at all…

Looks like it is 10,000 for the referred.
My friend has applied the amex card via the link over six weeks ago but does not receive the new card. He rang Amex three times and very time the answer is the card has been approved but has to wait. It is unusual long, any clue?
6 weeks seems long to me (have 3 cards) , but there is not much more that he can do other than wait.
My friend has waited for another 3 weeks since my last post on 24.06.17 but still waiting for the card !!!
I have contacted Amex head office in US several times and they have contacted the Australia branch in turn.
To-date the Amex head office do not receive any replies from Amex Australia as well. Very strange!
Anyone experienced similar problems ?
