Yeah looked at gumtree but i can't tell which ones are actually good.
yeah, I thought that after I commented. Most are probably cheapies.
Do you see those Chinese Olympics players? They are nuts at table tennis
Oh boy do I have a treat for you: http://i.imgur.com/dRBnStZ.mp4
Yeah! They take it another few levels like when goku turns to a Saiyan god and the competition is freeza!
I saw some at Harvey Norman online.
Ive got one of these, quite good for domestic use, though not quite Olympic quality or price: http://www.affordablett.com.au/shop/mobile/table-tennis-tabl…
Gonna keep it indoor or outdoor?
Reach out to your local table tennis centre and see what range they stock and ask where they buy from. I bought mine years ago from here: http://www.alltablesports.com.au/
There are a bunch of different grades of table, good gear will be very solid and last a long time.
Try rebel sport
playing semi srsly
Can you elaborate on this. Does he play with topspin or just hit the ball flat?
For serious play, you'll need a playing surface 22+mm (e.g. 25mm) thick. Also, thick legs and frame give more stability. Price will be close to $1,000 and up.
Round the world table tennis.
No idea he's started going to a club to play every week, how expensive are the ones which have that waxy finish ontop of the table? I'm not sure if that makes a difference but a I noticed whenever I saw good tables they kind of have a waxy type coating on the table.
Rebel Sport has them.
No idea, but I think there would be a heap on gumtree etc. just like trampolines people buy them and realise a year later that it doesn't get used.
