Currently considering buying a xiaomi laptop for about 900 aud, but I wasn't sure how good/fast the repair /shipping would be. So if anyone has sent an item back for repair, I'd love to know ur experience.
Any Banggood Buyers, Have U Ever Sent an Item for Repair? and How Was The Experience?

Last item that failed ,a Yee Light they just sent me another one without having to return the old one.
I ordered a Windows tablet from them for AUD245, it worked for a few months and then couldn't turn on. Took some videos, emailed it to them. They created an RMA and then I sent it back to them. They sent me a new one and its still working. If you buy anything from them, remember to take a picture of the packaging when you receive it as proof that you bought it from them.
Why the photo? Do you mean the address label? Your account at BG has a record of about the last 12 months of purchases with full details.
Their standard response to any faulty item is "send us a video". This is so silly in most cases as there is nothing to video eg a LED lamp that does not work. I think it's just their way of trying to make sure you are genuine. Having got through that stage they have a fair approach, but I would advise against a refund of a PayPal purchase as PP's fees can significantly erode your refund. Replacement is the better option.
I haven't ever had to return anything to them, but I guess that's because I don't buy higher value stuff from overseas for that reason.
Had defective speakers. Submitted a ticket, took about 2 weeks to reach a conclusion. Sent it back, they refunded the cost of the product and cost to ship it back from Australia.
