I wish to pay using credit card for paypal for a site. I don't wish to use my paypal account to pay but instead use my credit card.
However there is no option to pay in the foreign currency instead paypal wants to use its bad currency exchange rate. How can I fix this without setting up a paypal account?
Usually you change to the card you want to pay with and then select "View currency conversion options" under the exchange rate. Then select "Convert with card provider".
