Recently I've applied and received a new Amex Velocity Platinum card and it came with 2 free Virgin domestic lounge pass, today after I log onto the Velocity website I could see 2 x Amex virgin lounge vouchers available but I wasn't able to download or ordering it, I want to give these vouchers to my friends to use, is it still possible to get these lounge passes in physcial form?

With my passes through ANZ I had to call and specify that I wanted my passes posted out to me
Sorry to slightly hijack your thread but, does anyone know if you need to have a flight with virgin to enter the lounge? I have ordered my 2 passes through my ANZ rewards travel CC and am hoping to use it later in the year when I have a layover in Sydney but I will be flying with Qantas
7 - Access to the Virgin Australia lounge

a) Subject to all other Terms and Conditions and lounge Rules, Lounge Members may access the lounge in the relevant departure port when:
(i) domestic flight: their next onward domestic flight departing on that day is with Virgin Australia or an Eligible Partner Airline; or
(ii) New Zealand bound flight: their next onward international flight departing Australia on that day is with Virgin Australia or Air New Zealand, and the destination of that flight is within New Zealand.
For the avoidance of doubt, Lounge Members may not access the lounge if their next onward international flight has a destination outside of New Zealand.Well damn :(
Lounge access is administrated through the Velocity Card.
"a) When an application for Membership is accepted by Virgin Australia, the Lounge Member will be assigned a Membership number, which will be the same as the Lounge Member’s Velocity Membership number, and the Lounge Member’s Membership Card will be activated to allow the Lounge Member to access the lounge."
Check with Virgin, but it seems that a membership/lounge passes can't be used by anybody but the card holder.
If you have 2 passes and you are travelling, you can use one of them for a companion but you must enter the lounge together so that the two admissions can be swiped (and thus removed) from the card. Source - have done this at least twice myself.

By all means, call Virgin and see if there's anything they can do for you. But from their terms, it does look unlikely. You never know though.
No. They are tied to your membership card and only valid for you to use.
You can use them for other people but you have to be there. Eg. Yesterday I (as a gold velocity with 2 lounge passes) took 3 guests into the lounge.
But how is that people here on classified selling velocity lounge pass they received thru amex card.
I think they're from a different Credit Card - not the one OP is asking about.
Hate to be that guy, but what did Virgin/Velocity say when you asked them?
I thought the passes were loaded to your Velocity account now so you just swiped your card to use them.
