Does anyone know of any site that tracks prices of plane tickets based on fare price, over time?
Kind of like camelcamelcamel but for flight prices.

I see it, it is kind of price alert, not really historic.
All i really want is to figure out which days are best to book Cathay Pacific flights.
Yesterday the route i am looking at was around 400 AUD, today it's 500 AUD.

They use to have a "price prediction" feature - which would tell you whether you should buy now or wait … looks like they got rid of it. Guess it was unreliable or not in their interests to have it.
Bing Travel seems to be gone too.
Kayak still has it - but it only has a recommendation of "buy now" or "hold". I think google flights use to give a small chart of historical prices for your search.
Found on Skyscanner you can select for 'whole month' so that helps with deciding WHEN to travel.

Looks like they're using ITA Software (Google company) … not sure why google removed the feature from google flights.
Google flights and Bing Travel sort of do it … not exactly the same as 3C…
