How to sell Flybuys or Amex points?

Howdy y'all.

I've lost my credit card virginity and had a question
If I have 17k ish of Amex points and not going on a trip any time soon, are people out there interested in purchasing those?
Can it be done?
How can it be done safely?
What are they worth? (I know the approximate gift card value)
Same goes with flybuys

    Flybuys points can't be transferred between accounts.

      They actually can, but not as Flybuys.
      Convert them to Velocity points first (15%) bonus and then sell the Velocity Points. It is in contravention of Velocity T&C but people do it.
