That lady's head is clearly photoshopped on. Actually it looks like it might be a Paint job.

Makes you wonder why they couldn't have put a real person in a snuggle sack. Or perhaps its too embarrassing to be seen in?

  LOL! I don't understand - the shape of the bodies and some traces of shadows are there. Either they're filling the sacks with pillows and pasting a photo model on top or the original models were hideous.
