Yes it says that the item does not ship to Australia, but it in fact does ship to Australia when you try to checkout. Often the case with Amazon deals, no idea why it is. Also VAT is removed at checkout to bring the final prices down.

Edit: I think they changed it to charge deliveryI can't believe that I'm going to be building a system with the Ryzen 5 1600 and the RX580 - I have been intel/nvidia for so long now. I plan on dropping a Vega card in eventually, but goodness AMD is really turning things around!
