So recently bought a nightcore d4 from zapals, shipping was bit a longer then expected ~10 days. So i recieved it last week and open it, there was some sort of black writing on the tab of the box, and the product box was badly damaged, it seems like the charger to was also used, the lcd was scratched
Personally wondering what would u guys do or if this is just normal?

Does it work? If it's fully functional then usually I don't care. It's going to get scratched/marked anyway. Use it and carry on with life.
I got a D4 from Zapals recently no writing on the box and looked brand new. The LCD screen has a plastic protective film over it hard to see but it's there, you have to peel it off. Did you validate the D4 via Nitecore website to see if geniune and it hasn't been registered before?
Yes it was genuine but there was no plastic to peel of screen, i asking zapals right now as we speak
Believe me there is, it is hard to peel off just keep picking at the corner with long fingernail and it will come off. Also the D4 doesn't have a charger just a figure 8 power lead, are you talking about the AU adapter they supply?
Sorry i ment d4 when i mean charger, but they did supply me international au adapter for the d4
10 days for zapals is like miraculous.
I bought some stuff via "Australia Post - Air Parcel (5-8 business days)"
2 weeks later it's "Processing"
Looks like they can take money, but not actually send stuff out.
In the end, after 2 weeks I called them. They said oh the guys are packing your order!
Another week later, another complaint. Oh, the courier is coming to pick up your order tonight! You'll get a tracking #.
Status changes to shipped the next day. No tracking #.
Another week later, another complaint. Oh yes, I'll get that tracking number to you!
2 days later I get a tracking #.
Go to Austpost, it's a real Austpost tracking #. It's not active. It's one of those prepaid numbers.
There's no activity on it.
Wait a few days, another complaint. Oh yeah, the tracking number takes a while to activate. Here, go to this site (sends me to one of those multi-tracking number sites)
Another week later, Austpost tracking # still not active. Another complaint. Oh, it's probably a computer thing, it went out <n weeks ago> etc etc whatever
Another week later, Austpost tracking # now says initial shipping info received. So it's active, someone put some info in it, parcel has not been lodged. It's like 6 weeks now. If I had ordered on ebay I'd already have it. If I went on aliexpress, it'd be here in 2 weeks for a lot less.
Still, maybe it'll come. Maybe.

Shipping - normally uncontrollable when its in the hands of the courier.
As for the product, did you take photos before unboxing it since you noticed the damage? That's what I would of done and continued to take photos/videos of the product after unboxing as evidence for when if you would send it back for returns.

Damage caused during delivery
If your product is delivered damaged, save the original packaging and photograph any damage that may have been caused during shipping. Please contact us within 3 days after receiving the package.
To speed up the returns process, please have your order number, the name and product code of the items damaged when you contact us. We'll also need photos of the damaged item.
I've never shopped on Zapals, but I'm sure they can put in a RMA. Did you purchase via paypal? If you did you have some protection there if Zapals won't go through with it.
