Jetstar $25 Hotel Voucher

I have read through the terms and conditions.. but couldn't get an answer for the below

• Is this voucher generated on a return ticket only or one-way as well ?

Important T&C:
- Looks like this is valid only for domestic flights and not international.
- Even if there are 2 passengers, there will be only 1 voucher issued.
(better off to split the bookings for maximum benefits)
