Looking to upskill with an ITIL certification (ITIL is so hot right now) and need to ozbargain the best price.
Anyone know of good/cheap sites to undertake this exam?

Most job postings I'm looking at are mandating ITIL as part of the position requirements/selection criteria.
It wouldn't stop me from applying, nor should it stop you. Its a certification that states you understand VERY basic business operating procedures, I was fresh out of Uni and the entire time I was thinking "How is this not just common sense".
Nor has it stopped me but I suppose it's more about having the value add of listing it on the CV :)
My experience has been different. I find that in a multi-vendor environment ITIL is the common language everybody understands.
I wouldn't exactly call it hot but but many customer organisations would an experienced IT professionals (or vendors) involved in service delivery to have a grasp of the key concepts and terminology.

I can't help you with the price, but I would seriously challenge that ITIL is hot atm, I did the certification 8 years ago, never had to apply it and never been asked for it.
