Full 7 seasons (49 disks) for under <$20. DVD Region 2, so will require region-free DVD player on your end.
Excellent price, usually around £60 plus shipping.

Yeah, but they're not the people that should buy Region 2 DVDs…
Well for this one if you want physical disc format you have to because Startrek DS9 is not on blu-ray.
Wish you can permanently own it on cloud rather physical dvd. And watch it any time you want.
Yes you can it's called a NAS :)
Then you need to buy NAS and maintain it, and convert movies.
@cookie_luAllready did a couple of years ago it replaced a WD Live Tv
Got a 4 bay one one of the best things I have bought we watch all our dvd rips through plex on the Tv
Even cheaper if you just pay for Netflix for a month. Don't need a region-free DVD player, or even a DVD player at all. It skips most of the credits automatically too.
Netflix, you don't get to keep the videos and replay at a later date with no subscription fee. By the way, aren't most DVD players and blu-ray players in Australia DVD playback region free any way?.
Only the most recent ones. But most people watching DVDs are probably still using the first DVD player they got after their VCR died…
True, but there's still some reasons why I'd rather own the DVDs (if the choice was between Netflix OR DVDs- personally I have access to both):
-Just because it is on Netflix now, doesn't mean it will be there forever. My wife found this out the hard way- was halfway through Stargate Atlantis and then one day it was just gone from Netflix.
-Special features / extra content. Don't get that with Netflix
-Not requiring an internet connection to play. Yes, in 2017 Australia there are still plenty of places you can visit / live where internet is slow/unreliable/unobtainable.
The Star Trek Discovery deal includes the other Star Trek shows - no need to worry about it leaving anytime soon.
I didn't say it was better or even available for everyone - just that it was cheaper both to watch it all and for the costs of hardware. This is Ozbargain after all.
yeah shame about SG:A Netflix had a message letting me know it was going to be removed so i binged it. Anyhow its on Stan right now if you havent seen the rest
Is that you in the avatar Alan, you look like you just scored a bargain?
Bargain !!!! Thanks :)
I stopped buying dvd but can't resist this bargain, and no bluray in the horizon. Bought it. Thanks.
DVD is quite ugly even up-scaled but DS9 and Voyager may never get the Blu Ray treatment…..at this price and so many seasons you can't go wrong!
I once knew someone who would buy a 2-episode VHS copy the week it came out for $30. He had already seen them all on TV by then but persisted in populating his bookshelf in chronological order.
When I questioned him on if he was throwing his money down the drain, he quickly quipped, "This is an investment, this is Star Trek, First edition Star Trek releases never go down in value"
So, Paul Chambers, If you are reading this deal, have you had any change of heart yet?
LOL great story. Hindsight is a funny thing.
Ahhh well, as long as he enjoyed them it was probably money well spent.
I remember when they first released the DVDs they were like $180 per season.
This is an amazing deal even if it is region 2 - Checked the JB hifi store who are selling DS9 for a bargain price of $181
Great price! Too bad it's Region 2 :(.
Thanks OP this is a great bargain.
Still one of the best shows, especially from season 4 onwards
especially from season 4 onwards
Seven of Nine !!
:D
That was Voyager
Ahhh, but she is still in my dreams. :P
Yes, I realise that now. My bad. :(
@starionx: I'll forgive you this one time :-p
Purchased - great deal. Ty Alan. :)
Woo hoo !! My DS9 arrived this morning - 22-Jun-2017.
Showing £44.49 for me :-(
yep same here, looks like deal is gone :(
Cheers OP. Been waiting for this to go on special.
Can you order it at the OP's price?
I got it before the price went back up. Shows as 45 pounds now.
Think this price is gone now :(
Geebus, I was going to order another - for my brother - but it has gone up. Oh well, next time.
Has anyone been charged/had theirs dispatched yet? Still nothing here. I'm starting to wonder if it's going to be fulfilled or not.
I believe it listed it as 4-5 weeks backorder, so presumably won't be shipped for sometime now.
Good I was worried that they were going to cancel my order
No rush for it
Just got an email saying it has been posted
arrival date 3rd of july
It arrived in the mail today
Do people still buy DVDs?
