Has anyone tried kaged muscle supplements?
The reviews are really good and they seem to be good. It's on the expensive side. But would appreciated if anyone who has been using it and saw the difference. I'm looking suggestions for BCAA, pre workout, post workout protein , clean burn. Etc.
If you eat enough protein already, do you need BCAA supplements? I am skeptical of all bodybuilding supplements, unless you are at the top of your game and need to find that small edge. How fit are you currently? Is your diet good?
