The sound is 100 times better than the TV speakers. I also have a Logitech z506 speaker set that I used for audio but this is way better..
No buffering or breaking of sound. Are there any sync or delay issues over HDMI? My Philips 2.1 soundbar has a noticeable lag that I can't fix and it's made it almost unusable for video.
Nice, I wish I didn't buy the Yamaha YSP-1600 for over $800 couple weeks back.I dont know if the sound quality difference worths that the price tag.
How does this compare to the Yamaha YAS 106b
Havent tried the Yamaha YAS 106b so can't comment but I am really happy with the Panasonic soundbar
looking for a descent sound bar for a while, no idea about the brand and sound quality, can someone review this one?
Some reviews from amazon might be helpful:

Is it worthwhile getting one with Atmos? Would this one be good enough for young kids and consoles?
How do you find the unit? I picked up a Philips 2193 a few weeks back and whilst being impressed by the sound, it had an issue (design flaw) where when there was a silent part in whatever you were watching, a break between songs, or buffering, the unit would take about half a second to start playing the sound again when it started. Sounds minor but highly annoying when you miss parts of dialog.
If this one doesn't do it I think I'll pick her up
