Will be upgrading my Kogan mobile from small to medium and I will be refunded the portion of Small plan that's left.
Problem is the card I used to pay was the CBA's cc (the spend $500 get $250 CB), Kogan says they have to refund to the card, so what's going to happen then? CBA keeps the fund until I call or automatically transferred to my everyday account?
I assume no clawback on the cashback too?
Based on my experience with ANZ - it will be a credit in your no longer active account, which you can request to be transferred to your everyday bank account
