  • I have always wanted to do KFC Catering, there is just something about buying 100pcs of chicken.

Otherwise HJ's if they have a party room you can use.

Thanks Savas, we would like to do takeaway and do at home. Will look into above link and other possible options like HJ, if anyone knows?

      • Subway also does catering and might want to contact HJ's directly. Sorry I have no idea, also you might be just as well off by using the normal coupons and deals available. Just buy lots of McDonald's.

Also perhaps home cooking? It's pretty easy to cook a roast and potatoes.

  • Do you have a max price pp you would prefer not to exceed?

Your local pizza shop. Ask for a deal

Costco. Lots of them huge pizzas, chicken wings, sandwich/roll and sushi platters etc. not too expensive.

They've been good for food when me and my mates have LANs at home anyway.

I'll recommend going to Rashays as they have set menus for large groups at a reasonable price. Food is good, just find their burgers over priced and basic.

local fried chicken shop. They'll have salads and chips as well.

because you're in sydney, get FRANGOS!!!!!!!!!!

Look on groupon, if you're in Melb I can recommend Tom Yum Thai.

I'd suggest fish and chips from a good local.
for $10 a head you will be able to get a decent range with something for everybody.

Surely you know how to put on a barbecue?

    • +2

issue is someone has to man the bbq and often can miss out.

Hot chickens? Can serve them colds with a mix of premade (or make them yourself) salad, potato bake(s) etc

Have a mix of things. Sushi platters, a few good pizzas, sandwich platters from woolies, a few roast chickens and cut them in pieces.
nibbles platters from woolies to start with. And a few cheescakes for dessert.

You can cook up a few different pots of curry and a tonne of rice and naan bread cheap. Simple to do and can be interesting. Have some salads as well.

One time for a funeral the hosts did pork roll and subway catering.. was the best funeral ever. Rest in peace.
