Affordable Hamilton Island Food and Entertainment?

I already used entertainment book to minimise hotel spending on the island. Now the question is how to save on food and entertainment stuff. So this is continuing the discussion https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/140115 which was about lodging.

I tried to search for entertainment book offers on that island - nothing (maybe you need a QLD login to see the specials, mine is Sydney's). Dimmi.com.au on that island - nothing (there is no such place called hamilton island on dimmi). American Express special offers - nothing. Liven app - nothing. This must be the most unusual place to find a bargain.

    you can get coles online delivery for food if you don't want to always eat at the hotel or restaurants. Order in advance and select the date.
