I've used PriceUSA before and it was very straight forward and cheap, the site tells you the estimated price before you make the purchase. My purchase was actually lost somewhere before it got to her and I requested a refund for the item. She gave me a refund before she even got the refund so it was a nice experience on PriceUSA's part.
Actually they are one of the more expensive ones. They doubled their fees recently and added extra surcharge for paypal purchases. In the past I've used shipitto, www.orderfromtheusa.com and there is also parceliton.com I've used the first 2 and has the best service. The orderfromtheusa even found me a voucher for free US shipping. She really went out of her way to help.
