My Parents are visiting me from overseas. They going to be living here for 8 months. Can you please suggest me a health cover. I am looking for value for money and also a nice company who doest turn there back in case we need to make a claim.
So Far looked into two
Medibank=$130 Month
Bupa =$130 Month.
Suggestions welcome.

I found buying a travel insurance from country of origin is cheaper. Even if you buy the top of the range level of cover.pretty sure OP is after private health cover as part of a condition for his/her parents visa. HIF is decent, try get a quote from them perhaps.

If your parents are travelling from India, try getting Reliance's travel insurance.

Check out HIF. They are a WA company but provide service everywhere. 12 months ago my mother in law came out here for 6 months and I did a heap of shopping around, ended up with HIF based on price and level of cover.
