Ouffer - Why Overseas Transactions Fee?

Isnt this a local company?
I use ANZ Visa and was charged o/s transaction fee.
Does everyone else get the fee on their card?
I was surprised as I thought it would go through local banks.

    i got this on my credit card to. it was a little odd. it was for the movie ticket purchase.
    anyone in syd have used them before and got this charge?

    I got this too! I just posted about this on the Melbourne $5 movie ticket offer. For $0.13 I wasn't going to bother disputing, but I do think it's a little strange! It will make me reconsider any future purchases with Ouffer.

    I use ING Orange Everyday Visa Debit.
