Hey guy's randomly just come accross this.
The guy selling it is asking for $250. I know little to nothing about computers.
I'm just after something cheap that will run most steam games.
will it play AAA titles at a low-Mid Graphic settings. As well as run photoshop for photo editing etc.

RAM- 4GB single channel ddr3

GPU- 1023mb Nvidia GeForce GT 710

No, a GT710 is barely as good as onboard graphics and would NOT be able to run most new games.
You would be better off getting a cheap dell system for ~$150 and buying a cheap 1050 ~$150.
Slow CPU.
Not enough RAM, also its slow.
ROM/Drive is HDD, not SSD, its slow.
GPU is not designed for gaming.
PSU… can't handle any 6-pin GPUs, can't upgrade.
Skip this one, its only good for light-computing.
I suggest either build your own, or check out Private sales from eBay/Gumtree.

for that price range, I prefer get a console
thats not even a gaming PC… unless you play indie games only.
Get an Intel g4560 plus h110 motherboard with in build graphics card plus 4g ram and HD for 200ish.
This is still way more bettet tham ur AMD build
