It is unique. Can be use only once !
Promotional Code is either invalid or expired.
Oh only one $100 lol
Individual code. Someone got in and used mine before me! Post updated
I Feel bad for OP. Thanks for posting though…
It's only a dollar lost compared to standard 5% off
@hen dawg: "you save 50 cents here you go somewhere else you save another 50 cents.. you have one dollar and you go to the dollar store you go buy something else. "
@Turd: Or you could put it your ING savings account @ 3%pa and if you happened to live another 468 years that $1 would turn into over $1 million.
@JIMB0:
But unfortunately due to inflation that $1 million would only be the equivalent of $1 today.
Lol you wont be doing that again
Lol, its me. I can return your $1 if you want it back (considering we get $5 discount usually from Cashrewards) :)
I'll take it if OP doesn't want it.
Was planning a trip to the dollar store anyway.
Thanks but you just make sure you buy yourself something real nice with that dollar!
@hen dawg: How about an extra Tuna can ?
@ash79: Consider donating that can of tuna. Food donation
@alvian: Done, that dollar goes to one of the donation box. Cheers!!!
@ash79: good outcome :)
@ash79: at least greenseas has come clean finally!
Oh well at least you got the upvotes you were after ;)
I got entertainment book but didn't get the code, did they email you the code?
Yep
Yes, code emailed to me too.
Does it say you can use it many times? or just one?
just once.
Once on the 6% off deal but should provide 5% off other times
From email: Maximum order with 6% discount is $100 per unique promo code.
Unique promo code expires 31 May 2017 or while stocks last.@hen dawg: Yes, you can buy Wish eGift cards with 5% discount multiple times if you are Entertainment Book Member.
Hmmm… must be blind, but where do you enter the promo code?
Anyone?
tldr; OP posted his own unique code without buying one.
He is the real MVP
I'm not asking for his code - I have my own unique code but I can't see where to enter it on the website.
@kiwigene: Add item to cart, click on cart and you will see in big words "Have a promotional code?" Paste your code there, click Redeem.
@Turd:Ok, I don't get that prompt when I click on the cart. Weird!
@kiwigene: Very!!!!
@Turd: Ok, seemed to work using Firefox rather than Chrome. Not sure what the problem was.
@kiwigene: I was using Firefox but I did not see "Have a promotional code?"
I had the same problem and emailed EntertainmentBook about it.
The trick is NOT to go through your EB login to select the WISH card.
Just go straight to the main gift card site, using the link https://everydaygiftcards.com.au/gift-cards/wish-gift-cardsThere is a bit of futzing around to select an e-gift card as opposed to a plastic one. But the cart then has the "Have a promotional code?" box.
When you put in the code you received, it will deduct $6 from the $100 normal charge.HTH
I thought it was targeted… Good deal anyhow!
I use the 5% that comes with book, great savings all year around really
Waiting for cashrewards for their awesome offer to come in at 5.25%. Win
I only get 5% at CW how do you get the .25%? I've would be $7.50 better off if I knew
I was being sarcastic.
I keep losing and throwing my entertainment book somewhere every year… I don't deserve to be here
You dont need the book. Log in online to buy your giftcards
Don't even know the login details, it comes free with the sda package.
There is a card that accompanies each Entertainment book. You need to register (activate) your membership first.
What's the sda package?
@sav11:
SDA sends you an Entertainment book every year for be subscribed with them but you can also log into the SDA website for some of the Entertainment benefits, kind of like a digital version of the book.
The only Offers I see on the SDA website was KFC and Groove Train in my local area :(@ubor:
Ya tossed the letter somewhere, never open them, my fault $(*&#^%@Zeral: Ok thanks…what does the SDA acronym stand for? Just wondering whether the subscription is worthwhile or not.
@sav11:
Heck even I don't know, its some union to help with job benefits etc and its pretty expensive if you work alot of hours. It's usually offered when you've first employed to coles etc and they deduct it from your payslip if you agree to it.https://www.sdavic.org/
Average of Hours Weekly Twice Monthly Monthly
20+ hours 9.50 20.59 41.17
Greater than 10 hours and less than 20 hours 6.80 14.74 29.47
Less than 10 hours 3.95 8.56 17.12@Zeral: Ah I see, not relevant to me. Thanks for the info. FYI Entertainment Book also has an app version, the whole book in an app which is heaps easier to use and carry around. Makes it a lot easier to get more value out of it. Might be worth asking SDA if you can get that version with your membership next year instead of the physical book.
No email received yet! :(
I haven't received an email yet either and only yesterday I bought a $500 card. Maybe because I still have the 2016/17 book.
I don't receive the code, is it because i haven't activated my 17-18 Ent. book?
I've only go the 16/17 book and I got the code. Can't seem to enter it though…
you need to not have cashrewards active to enter it. Try using a different browser or privacy/incognito mode.
Probably. I'm a 16/17 member
please move to forum
Uh why?
Talking about the Entertainment book, has anyone found a way to buy it cheaper?
No idea do most people buy from them directly? Been looking to buy one for a few weeks.
I think I am getting old and possibly turning into JV, but:
- Not all members appear to receive the offer email (ie me)
- 6% is 1% more than the usual 5% and the offer is apparently limited to 1 x $100 voucher purchase.
Total saving $1 (if you have an entertainment membership AND receive the email).
I best not be quitting my day job.
Those lucky enough to tick all the boxes, enjoy the tuna.
Haven't got the code, only have the 16/17 book.
There's plenty of guys offering 7.5% discounted woolworths gift cards here on ozb forum. just do a quick search and you are 1.5% better off. Not sure if I can point to any names directly
You'll miss out on credit card points.
Credit card points ain't an option for everyone
Can anyone sell a discounted new sydney entertainment book?
If you are after the new digital version (unused), I can sell it for $60.
My EB digital copy 17/18 still say 5%?
Anyone know where to pace the code on the checkout page?
I have both 16/17 and 17/18 digital memberships and still haven't received an email with unique code. When did you all receive yours?
I go mine a few mins before posting deal
Coupons are individual, mine is different
