Esatto 7kg Vented Dryer - Initial Success

Bought this a month ago off Appliances Online Ebay Store and it finally arrived on Thursday.

I don't mind taking a chance on unknown brands, especially those coming out of China these days and am glad to report initial success from this product.

It's replacing the worst dryer ever made - the Haier HDY60M 6kg vented.

    Did you compare energy ratings? It has a 2 star rating, according to this site:

    How does that compare to other similar dryers?

      Pretty standard for low end vented dryers. The Haier did everything except dry clothes and our budget doesn't allow for a more efficient device. And in sunny Queensland you only need it deep into winter.

    I've got the Esatto 8kg top load washing machine and I've had it since June last year. Running strong and no problems to date.

    Esatto was the brand Masters used to stock.

    Hi all, Residentia Rep here… Our 7kg Vented dryer (EVD7) is one of our most popular laundry products. Vented dryers do typically have lower energy ratings which relates to the way these appliances dry clothing. Heat Pump dryers do offer an improved energy rating (i.e. our EHPD7 offers a 6 star rating) although are quite a bit more expensive than vented dryers, due to the technology involved. There is currently a bonus 12 months warranty on offer through AppliancesOnline so a total of 3 years warranty for peace of mind. Hope this helps!
