Stands to reason given they're milk based products.
How big would the glass need to be to get the equivalent amount of protein per serve?
Most Full Cream Milk is at least 3.2 grams per 100ml. Most the of the protein powders are 20-30 grams of protein per serve. So about a litre of milk for ~30 grams of protein at one dollar.
do you guys still get some tiny overly-sweet blobs of protein even when you given it a good shake with the manual shaker container thing?
if not how do you avoid those tiny sweet blobs of protein?
