Can We Claim Costco Prescription Eye Glasses with Health Funds?

I was thinking of buying Prescription glasses at costco and I do have private health insurance. Do costco cover optical health funds?

  I did my eye test there so had to make an appointment.
  
  If you have prescription, appointment might not be necessary.
