Looking for a best Andriod Phone under $150 - which can be shipped or CnC before Mother's day (14 May)

Unfortunately, Aliexpress's DHL Delivery Time is 8-16 days, was thinking about Redmi 4x for $140 + Shipping $14.51 - 10% CB

Huawei Y6 Elite is quite decent, $99 Coles special with Vodafone with $40 credit. Can be unlocked for about $15 on ebay I think.

Redmi 4X beats it though.

$150 is really tight budget.
