How to Get Outlook to Prompt for Password after Opening?

I want to setup one password that prompts me every time I open up outlook. This is the guide. I've tried doing that but it's not working. I currently have 5 email accounts open in outlook. Any ideas on how to get it working?

    What version of outlook are you using?

    Set up a new profile in mail (search in control panel).
