Don't want to pay $25 parking at the Olympic Park, is there any free parking available near Qudos Bank Arena that is within 5-10 minutes of walking distance??

Park in the streets around Strathfield station or Lidcombe Station & catch the train to Sydney Olympic Park. Just check the parking time limitations.
There's diddley squat parking anywhere in the Olympic precinct without paying.
After turning from Parramatta Rd on Birnie Ave there is an unpaved strip. Not legitimate parking spaces but cars park there regardless.
Birnie Ave was a good spot, I left my car for 4 hours and it was mostly empty.
Last time I did it I parked over at North Strathfield Station, was a bit of a walk in to Olympic Park but it was pretty easy.
Else park over on Birnie Ave other side of Parra Road (as TakaHas suggested). There's a fair bit of parking around there. Or next road up - Bachell Ave.
