  isn't it illegal not to offer a refund if an item (regardless of a "sale") is found to be faulty?

    Hi Jobler, as per the consumer law if an item is found to be faulty, defective and/or damaged then a refund is mandatory as per the rights of our consumers. A refund or exchange depending on circumstance will always be considered, however sale items on clearance are generally granted an exchange on sizing in the first instance. Nobody minds if you add 20 or 30 example bargains, which give more members a reason to visit your website, as has been proved tonight.
