Seems to be the time of year for clearing out clothes. Just came back from jaysjays with half a dozen jeans
Good thing about them is that their clientele seems to be mostly hipsters, so the stuff that doesn't sell, like straight leg jeans, is the stuff I want. The jeans are reduced to $10, plus they have store wide 30% off, so ends up being $7 a pair

Actually we ended up buying (from Moorabbin) two pair straight of $14 (reduced from $20) jeans, one pair crop chinos (two varieties there, the other were roll ups or for really tall guys .. my son a 6 footer) but for $30 and a few reduced price t-shirts. They were all stretchy types.
We found the heavily reduced jeans $10 were far too baggy and high on waist. Saw nothing for $7 but perhaps it was those $10 ones that were reduced to $7).
Of course it was a bit tricky to find the right sizes; son usually buys 32s but their 30s. For t-shirts usually buys XL but their Ls fitted best. Guy serving was very helpful in finding some 'out the back.' Hope that helps.

Great deal! When i was younger (35 now) most of my clothes came from jay-jays.. their jeans don't last as long as some of the better brands but i've never seen jeans cheaper so i'd stock up haha.
Yeah, you're not wrong there. Still you get a few years out of them. Besides, I feel like no matter what you buy nowdays it falls apart quickly anyway. May as well not lose too much hard earned cash when it does. Buy 15 pairs and you should be good for the next 20 years
These jeans are honestly from the worst you can get. After some washes, they shrink and lose color. Not to mention, if you are used to nice clothing (like myself), wearing these will feel like a torture. My little brother got a pair and we trashed them.
Deal is very cheap but is it worth it? No! Save and get nice ones. Unless you wanna do a one time thing with these, stay away.
Still tho, it's cheap. Maybe TOO cheap…
Fair comment, if you can elaborate on those points. What do you consider nice clothing? Is shrinkage and color loss the only problems?
