To enter the Promotion entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

• Make a purchase of any value at any store at Mandurah Forum (Purchase);
• Collect an entry form for the Promotion (Entry Form) from the participating store where the Purchase was made;
• Correctly and completely fill out the Entry Form with all required contact details; and
• Place the Entry Form into the entry barrel located near Woolworths at Mandurah Forum (Entry Barrel).

Entrants are only entitled to one (1) Entry Form for each Purchase, but may enter the Promotion more than once throughout the Promotion Period.
